Classes

ADULT GROUP CLASSES (+14 years old): 
One hour and half classes according with the schedule in these website, for all levels.

KIDS GROUP CLASSES (5 to 8 years old): One hour Class on wednesdays at 17:30 to 18:30.

PRIVATES: One hour class in the gym or in the costumer location, for book session contact us.

TEACH CONSULTANCY

SEMINARS: Ministered over the needs of the customer or own specialization of seminarian.

REFEREE CLINIC: Competition rules workshop by IBJJF source.
